Make plans for Homecoming 2006, Oct. 30 through Nov. 5
Events include parade with Pat Casey and his national champ baseball team as marshals
A game-day parade and a week of events highlighted by the Nov. 4 football game against Arizona State are part of Homecoming 2006. Kickoff time for the game has yet to be determined because of television considerations, and the timing of many other events will depend on the kickoff time. Also scheduled for Homecoming 2006 are reunions for the OSU classes of 1966 and 1961. Several of the university's colleges and programs also have reunions or other special activities planned, including a 5-kilometer walk and run hosted by the College of Health and Human Sciences.
Other major events scheduled for 2006 include volleyball and soccer matches, a bonfire and Classes Without Quizzes. The schedule is online at: alumni.oregonstate.edu/homecoming. The OSUAA Homecoming Tailgater before the ASU game is sponsored by West Coast Bank.

How are items chosen for Beaver Eclips? Beaver Eclips is a free service of the OSU Alumni Association. Its main purpose is to provide alumni and friends of OSU with a sense of how Oregon State has been portrayed in the news media over the past week. Items are selected by the staff of the Oregon Stater and by other OSUAA employees. Inclusion of an item in Eclips means only that we think it's interesting and/or important, and does not constitute an endorsement of its point of view or its journalistic accuracy.
